Platform for the submission of research projects for ethical review

Welcome to the CER-UNIL submission portal.

This portal allows you to submit a request for the ethical review of a research project. Once submitted, each application is reviewed to determine the most appropriate procedure and reviewing body. Depending on the nature of the project, it will be assigned either to the relevant Faculty Ethics Committee or to the Central CER-UNIL Committee.

Before starting your submission, we encourage you to consult the CER-UNIL website to verify that your project falls within its remit, familiarize yourself with the applicable procedures, and prepare the information and documents required for the review of your application.

Processing times vary depending on the type of review and the complexity of the project. Review meeting dates and indicative response times are published on the CER-UNIL website. We therefore recommend taking them into account when planning your project and submitting your application well in advance.
